If you have ever heard a Himalayan singing bowl ring, you will know how quickly its long, rich tone can quieten the mind. Singing bowl therapy uses that sound and its vibration to help the body relax deeply.
How a session works
The client lies comfortably while the therapist places bowls on or around the body and plays them with a mallet. The vibrations travel through the body, and many people describe feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded afterwards. Sessions often finish with a short meditation.
