Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training brings the Shiva Tatwa teaching tradition from Kathmandu to your home. You practise with your teachers in live online classes, study the course manual and recordings in your own time, and grow step by step from dedicated student to confident teacher.
The course covers asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology. In the final weeks you teach practice classes to your group and receive personal feedback, so you finish ready to lead your own classes.
